Where does Audio Patchworks provide service for?

We provide rental and live service for the DFW metroplex.

But I live in Austin! I would really like a full lighting service!?

Shoot us a message! We should be able to work something out!

How long does a rental service last?

All listed Items / Live services are for a 1-day block. If you would like the equipment for multiple days, it is only 50% of the original listing for additional days.

Do you deliver?

We do deliver! Delivery cost will be calculated after summiting your request form. Delivery will be $10~$45 within the DFW area.

Can I just pick up my equipment?

Yes! We do not have a storefront at the moment, but we’ll schedule a time for you to pick-up your equipment. Pick-up will be at 3650 Custer Pkwy, in Richardson at no cost of course.

When do I return the equipment?

The Equipment must be returned before the following day before noon. If there will be an issue returning the next day, mention that in your request form and we may be able to work something out. If you opted for delivery, we would schedule a pickup that works best for you.

How early do I have to “lock down” my service / gear?

As soon as you can! As of now we have limited inventory so “the early bird gets the worm!” Rentals must be paid before midnight the day prior… or in person at the equipment exchange. Live Services must be paid 24 hours prior to the day of... Or a deposit must be made to secure your timeslot.

Can I rent equipment directly from the website?

Unfortunately, we need a to collect additional info (like delivery & timeframe) and Square Space is a bit limiting with its checkout system. We are working on a better system, for now please fill out the request form any you will receive an invoice shortly after.

I am a DJ / Bandmember that wants a Light guy for all my shows… Can you do that?

YES! If you're looking for a lighting set-up for your shows on a regular or semi-regular basis, we would love to work out a special price for you.

Do you do any music production / Recording?

Officially, No… BUT we do have multi-channel audio recording capabilities when utilizing a mixer in the system. For projects that are less angled toward live performances and more towards capturing a song for a music video (or the like) … this should be entirely possible! please mention this in your Live Service Request Form and we will discuss the details.

What is your set-up and tear-down time?

Each type of service differs, depending on its complexity and the equipment needed. Anything involving trusses and lights may take a few hours whereas an audio only karaoke set-up would only a few minutes! An estimated time is listed at the bottom of the live service description.
